NxS tool is an open-acess software which can be used to evaluate the spot size and the spot shape for X-ray tubes. It is an outcome of the Joint Research Project NanoXSpot, within the European Metrology Research Programme EMPIR (18NRM07). Based on the work done within the project and on the proposed methods for the measurements, a stand-alone tool was implemented by CEA LIST, at the Department of Imaging & Simulation for Non-Destructive Testing.
